Korea’s First Comprehensive Real Estate Service Company

SHINYOUNG

Founded in 1984, Shinyoung Group is a comprehensive real estate group that has led the real estate service industry as Korea’s first developer. Beyond development, it leads the diversification of comprehensive real estate services by expanding into its own residential brand, real estate funds and service platforms.

Background

As Korea's first comprehensive developer covering everything from land acquisition and design to construction, sales and leasing, Shinyoung Group wanted to strengthen its standing in the market. But websites run separately by each affiliate, each with a different user experience, weakened brand consistency and made communicating with customers less efficient. An integrated renewal was needed to establish one group identity and renew its touchpoints with customers and talent.

Solution

Through competitor benchmarking, in-depth interviews with each affiliate and content-structure analysis, we set a strategy to unite the group's digital touchpoints. A Special Story section placed first tells each affiliate's character, capabilities and future vision as a one-page story, while detailed business content and project records separated by type emphasize expertise. An integrated admin system raised operating efficiency, and UX guidelines strengthened the group brand identity. We also built a standalone recruiting platform that brings the hiring process in-house, and a service platform supporting home buyers before and after contract.

Key Features

• Information design based on tailored customer journeys

• An integrated UX design guide for group companies

• A unified admin system

• A standalone recruiting and application platform

• A service platform for home buyers and contract customers

SPECIAL STORY

Placing the Special Story menu first, we highlighted the company’s identity by conveying its core business values, including each affiliate’s characteristics, business capabilities, future vision and showcases, through one-page storytelling.
