Introduction - Founded in 1969, Samsung Electronics is a global electronics company leading markets worldwide with a broad range of products and technologies, from smartphones and tablets to TVs, home appliances and semiconductors. Leading the mobile market with the GALAXY series, it invests in digital communication that delivers a consistent brand experience to customers and employees around the world.
As smartphones and tablets spread rapidly, employees at global companies wanted a mobile conference call environment that let them join meetings on the move. The existing system had complex access steps and low mobility, and weak address book integration made collaborating with overseas colleagues cumbersome.
From Address Book Straight to the Meeting
We designed the GUI of the E-Conference Call app, cutting complex access steps with address-book-based automatic connection and bringing chat and voice into one screen. A streamlined flow for checking and inviting participants lets users start a meeting in a few taps.
Collaboration That Continues on the Move
Organizing the information global collaboration needs into an intuitive flow and simplifying the UI for mobility, the app keeps work going in the field and on the road.
