Introduction
On April 1, 2011, the Life Science division of SK Holdings was reborn as SK Biopharm. SK Biopharm researches and develops new drugs centered on treatments for central nervous system disorders, with the capability to independently carry out every stage from discovering drug candidates to clinical development and commercialization.

As of April 1, 2011, the Life Science division of SK Holdings was newly launched as Biopharm. Accordingly, the two business areas, new drug development and CMS business, were integrated into one site and launched.
