Introduction - SK Group is one of Korea’s leading business groups, driving core industries such as energy and chemicals, information and communications and semiconductors. With its holding company SK Holdings at the center of many affiliates, it places “happiness management,” growing the happiness of employees, customers and society together, at the heart of its management and seeks a path where business and society grow together.
Following its global growth strategy, SK Group needed a digital HR system that managed the entire process of hiring, developing, placing and evaluating talent. Each affiliate ran its own standards, so it was hard to see talent and capabilities at the group level or run a global talent pool efficiently.
To connect group HR strategy with actual processes, we designed an information structure where talent status, competencies, careers and performance can be explored together. A visualization-based UI made complex HR information easy to read, and personalized flows by affiliate, job and region laid the foundation for strategic HR decisions.
