Introduction - SK Group is one of Korea’s leading business groups, driving core industries such as energy and chemicals, information and communications and semiconductors. With its holding company SK Holdings at the center of many affiliates, it places “happiness management,” growing the happiness of employees, customers and society together, at the heart of its management and seeks a path where business and society grow together.
SK Group needed an online system that clearly communicated its ethics principles and codes to employees and partners and provided compliance, reporting and counseling in a consistent way. Ethics materials were scattered across channels, making information hard to find.
We reorganized the structure around the ethics philosophy, code of conduct and compliance procedures, and separated reporting and counseling clearly in the UI. Ethics standards were organized in a standard format all affiliates can share, and a steady, trustworthy design tone completed a platform that makes standards and procedures easy to follow.
