Following the architectural changes and its corresponding UI designs of LG U+’s official website, Saltcake commenced the UX UI consulting for LG U+ PC & Mobile’s official website with a goal to provide optimized LG U+ services to their customers. Saltcake has set the project direction through theory-based verification and methods, and consolidated the structure in a systematic manner via architectural restructuring. In addition to this structure, usability and accessibility have been strengthened through UI and GUI improvements in display structure. Moreover, in order to implement and maintain the improved website, Saltcake conducted educational seminars and provided optimized guidelines to the department in charge.

LG유플러스 대표 홈페이지의 아키텍쳐 개편 및 그에 따른 UI 설계로 고객에게 최적화 된 LG유플러스의 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목표로 LG 유플러스 PC&모바일 공식 사이트를 컨설팅하였다. 컨설팅 결과를 바탕으로 전체 사이트 PC/mobile리뉴얼을 진행하였다. 고객을 향한 관점으로 전체 메뉴를 개편하되 LG유플러스에서 제공하는 서비스의 접근과 이용이 용이하도록 기획하였고 전체 전략에 따라 디자인 기능작업이 더해져 탄탄한 이동통신사업자의 명성에 걸맞는 사이트로 리뉴얼하였다.
